Members agree to include the full unmodified
HTML code provided by Tradeblast.com for displaying banner
ads on their web site, in as many or few pages as they wish. All banner
exchange banners must be placed on a page such that the majority of
people visiting that page will see and notice the
banner.
Members acknowledge that Tradeblast.com is a free
service. At any given time, the banner displayed on a member's web site may
contain an advertisement from a sponsor or from another member.
Tradeblast.com will not accept advertisements from
entities whose product or advertisement they determine to be offensive
or inappropriate in any way. Specifically, we will not accept advertising
that infringes
local, federal, or international laws. The following types of sites are NOT allowed to
participate in the Tradeblast.com exchange: Sites containing pornographic
material or sites with links to pornographic sites, sites encouraging
illegal activity, sites that promote or utilize software or services
designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail (SPAM), sites that are regarded by a
significant portion of Tradeblast.com members or management to be inappropriate.
A member may cancel his or her participation in the
banner exchange by removing the Tradeblast.com banner exchange code from
their web site, and/or by notifying us by e-mail to
support@tradeblast.com
which should include the members account number
and name.
A member may not artificially inflate traffic
counts to his or her site using a device, program, or other means. A
member may not display more than one Tradeblast banner exchange banner code of each
size on any one page.
Tradeblast.com allows you to register as many
websites as you wish under the one account and we allow you to upload as
many banners in each of the different sizes as you wish.
All members agree to utilize the services of
Tradeblast.com at their own risk. Tradeblast.com , its administrators,
partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of
information that may occur from the use of the services of
Tradeblast.com. The administrators of Tradeblast.com do not make any
guarantees regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the
services of Tradeblast.com.
You, the member, shall be solely responsible for
any and all obligations, restrictions, liabilities or other claims
arising from, or related to any payment made to you pursuant to these
Terms and Conditions.
You hereby represent and warrant to us and our advertisers
that you are either the owner, permitted licensee, or are otherwise
expressly authorized to use, in accordance with the terms and conditions
hereof, all of the member property and any other proprietary rights
which you propose to associate with the Tradeblast.com website.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Tradeblast.com, its officers, directors, employees, representatives and
agents and its advertisers from and against any and all liabilities,
costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, incurred by any
such indemnified party or parties as a result of your breach of these
Terms and Conditions and any act or omission by you with respect to the
Web Site(s) in your Tradeblast.com membership, member property, or any
actions arising out of or related to the subject matter, text, graphics
or other content or material on or associated with the Web Site(s)
submitted to your Tradeblast.com membership.
Tradeblast.com reserves the right to modify these
Terms and Conditions. Members agree to remain in compliance with these
Terms and Conditions as they may be modified and amended from time to
time.
